    Cream of Tomato Soup
    Serves one

    1 - 8 oz. bar room temp cream cheese
    2 c whole milk (or that's what I used)
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained (I used a can of 'stewed' tomatoes that have onion, celery and green peppers).
    S&P to taste



    Recipe



    Whirl all in a blender and slowly bring just up to a simmer.
