    Recipe Introduction


    Used in the South of France for baked fish with a little EVOO and rubbed on meats.

    List of Ingredients




    1 tbsp dried thyme
    1 tbsp dried basil
    1 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed
    1 tbsp dried tarragon
    1 tbsp dried savory
    1 tsp dried marjoram
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp lavender (optional)
    1 bay leaf, crushed

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container.

    Makes about 1/3 cup
