    2 lbs. mushrooms
    1 lb. medium sausage
    3/4 C mayonnaise
    1 1/2 C grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    Seasoning salt to taste

    Recipe



    Remove stems from mushrooms; soak caps in salt water for 10 minutes.

    Cook sausage and drain.

    Combine mayonnaise, cheese, onion, and salt; stir into sausage.

    Stuff mushrooms with mixture and place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 mins.
