    Spinach-Artichoke Dip

    List of Ingredients

    16 ounces sour cream
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
    14 ounces artichoke hearts; drained and chopped
    10 ounces frozen chopped spinach; thawed and squeezed dry
    6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese; shredded

    Recipe

    Combine sour cream and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese in an oven-proof pan. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Mix well. Cover top with the rest of Parmesan cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F and broil about 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown, watching closely. Serve with crackers.
