4 C fresh asparagus, cut into pieces
1 1/2 C milk
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 C grated cheddar cheese

Cook asparagus slightly and drain well. Make white sauce of milk, flour, butter and salt. Layer in greased casserole: asparagus, eggs and white sauce. Spread grated cheese over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes until thick and lightly browned.
