Nonstick Cooking Spray
1/4 C Dijon Mustard
1/4 C Nestle Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk
1/4 C plain, dry breadcrumbs
1/4 C (1 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
4 (approx. 1 lb. total) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Recipe
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Spray 13 x 9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine mustard and evaporated milk in shallow bowl. Combine breadvrumbs and cheese in separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken into mustard mixture, coating both sides, then into breadcrumb mixture. Place in prepared pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center (170 degrees F).
