12 oz chicken tenders
1 Tbs vegetable oil
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs hot sauce

Rinse tenders and pat dry with paper towels. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear the tenders for about 2 to 3 minutes per side until cooked. Remove skillet from heat and place tenders on paper towels to drain. Add butter to the warm skillet and allow it to melt. Add hot sauce and stir until blended. Add chicken and stir-fry over medium high heat until tenders are coated with sauce.
