    Creamy Waldorf Thanksgiving Salad

    1 6-oz pkg lemon gelatin
    2 C boiling water
    1 C cold water
    1 18-oz can ready-to-serve vanilla pudding
    2 medium apples, diced
    1/2 C celery, sliced
    1/2 C nuts

    Recipe



    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water.

    Chill until partially set.

    In small bowl, combine chilled pudding and gelatin. Beat for 3 minutes.

    Chill until mixture is partially set.

    Fold in apples, celery, and nuts. Chill overnight.
