6 slices crisp bacon; crumbled
4 medium potatoes; peeled and diced
1/2 cup onions; minced
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
2 cans (13 3/4 oz) chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
Recipe
Place all ingredients except milk in a Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Add milk and cook covered for another 30 to 45 minutes. Makes 2 quarts.
