    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C cocoa (Hershey's obviously)
    1 c sugar
    1 C water
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    Dash of salt

    Recipe



    Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Add water, and mix until smooth. Bring this mixture to a boil. Allow it to boil for one minute but be careful this does not over boil. Remove from heat. When this is cool, add the vanilla.
