Note this is a crustless pie. According to my leader, the whole pie is 4 little bitty points!!!
List of Ingredients
15 oz can of pumpkin puree (NOT PUMPKIN PIE MIX)
1/2 cup EGG BEATERS egg substitute
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 cup SPLENDA
1 to 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice.
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 and bake for 45 minutes.
