    I am a long-time suscriber of Woman's Day. There are some great recipes I have collected over the years from it.

    List of Ingredients




    1 (14.75 oz.) can salmon-UNDRAINED
    1 can (11 oz.) vacuum packed corn-drained
    42 saltine crackers-crushed (1 1/2 cups)
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    2 eggs-beaten
    1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
    4 teasp. vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Mash salmon with its liquid, skin, and bones. Add corn, 1 cup of crumbs, onion, pepper and eggs. Still until well combined. Spread remaining cracker crumbs on a plate. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Coat each side in crumbs. heat 2 teasp. oil in skillet. Fry patties in 2 batches over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side till golden brown.
