    1 pint of sauerkraut-drained
    1/2 green bell pepper-chopped
    1/2 yellow bell pepper-chopped
    1 onion - chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 cups celery chopped
    1/2 cup sugar
    1.4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Place vegetables in bowl. In a small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, and oil. Pour mixture over vegetables. Chill.
