Recipe Introduction
I adapted this recipe slightly to suit the spices keep on hand.
List of Ingredients
6 cups assorted vegetables, cut in 1 inch pieces (cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, fresh mushrooms,
yellow squash, zucchini, onion, etc.)
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 teasp. black pepper
1/2 teasp. basil leaves *optional*
1/4 teasp. garlic powder
Mrs Dash- a couple of shakes
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degees. In a 2 quart shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients.
Cover, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Be sure to stir halfway through cooking time.
