List of Ingredients
1 lb. Baby Spinach
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced
2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
salt to taste
Recipe
1. Wash and dry spinach. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté briefly before adding the spinach.
2. Toss the spinach to cover with the oil. Remove from heat after 1-2 minutes, sprinkle with the vinegar and salt, serve immediately. *Add more balsamic vinegar to suit your tasteif desired.
