    My family loves mashed potatoes prepared this way.

    List of Ingredients




    5 or 6 large potatoes, washed, peeled and quartered
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) Chicken broth
    **(can substitute 4 cups of chicken bouillon)

    Recipe



    Cook potatoes in broth till fork-tender. Drain well, reserving all broth. Mash potatoes with 1 to 1 1/4 cups broth till potatoes are desired consistency, adding more broth if needed. Add pepper and salt to taste.
