    1 lb. sliced carrots
    1/2 to 1/3 cup gingerale
    2 Tablesp. butter
    salt to taste

    Recipe



    Simmer carrots in gingerale in a saucepan over medium heat till tender. Stir in butter and season to taste with salt.
