Chop fine one ONION, 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC, 1/2 GREEN BELL PEPPER. Saute in some OLIVE OIL. Add one CAN OF GOYA PINK OR LITTLE RED BEANS (DO NOT DRAIN LIQUID). Add some HOT SAUCE to taste, 1 8 ounce CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE, 2 packets of Goya SAZON, CUMIN to taste, and a few spoons of SOFRITO. Add BLACK PEPPER and stir. Simmer on medium heat until hot. Delicious served over white or yellow rice.
