Banana Bread #2

List of Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 handfuls chocolate chips
2 handfuls walnuts, coarsely choppedRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first six ingredients in
a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Combine
remaining ingredients and add to well in center of
dry ingredients. Stir until moistened and combined but
DO NOT over stir or it will be tough!
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick
inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan
for 10 minutes and then remove and let cool on a wire
rack.
