Recipe Introduction
I make this every Thanksgiving. I first had it at an office potluck.
List of Ingredients
1 large can creamed corn
1 large can regular corn
1 - 8 ounce carton sour cream
2 TBSP sugar
1 small box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 stick butterRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients together in 9 x 11" baking pan. Cook for 1 hour or until brown. Let cool a bit. Cut into squares and serve.
