    List of Ingredients




    Boneless Pork Shoulder with skin
    Adobo
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    Cumin
    1 Orange
    Sazon

    Recipe



    Clean pork in cold water. Sprinkle with a lot of Adobo. Spread chopped garlic all over pork (may require more than 3 cloves). Sprinkle cumin all over pork. Squeeze juice of 1/2 an orange over pork. Sprinkle a little Sazon on it.

    Put in a metal pan, skin side up. Pour some boiling water in the pan but not over the pork. Turn oven to Broil but put pork in top part of oven (not under broiler) for about 30 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 375 degrees and cook another 2 hours. Take skin off and scrape off fat. Cut into bite size pieces - then cut and serve pernil.
