Passover Egg and Lemon Soup (Avgolemono)

Matzo Farfel
Chicken Soup (already made)
3 eggs
Lemon

Boil matzo farfel, drain.
Boil chicken soup and add farfel to soup. Beat 3 eggs. Add some hot soup to the eggs slowly and lemon to taste. Place egg mixture in a separate pot. Pour soup into tempered egg mixture then transfer into original pot. Transfer back and forth a few times. Continue to cook over medium heat stiring constantly to make sure it doesn't curdle. Add cooked orzo if desired.
