    2 Squares unsweetened chocolate
    1 C. Canola Oil
    2 C. Sugar
    3 Large Eggs
    1 1/2 C. Unbleached Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Powder (fresh)
    1 tsp. Salt

    1 C. Chopped Walnuts (or peanuts if you prefer)
    2 1/2 C. Miniature Marshmallows
    6 - 8 oz. Miniature M&M's


    Recipe



    Melt chocolate in oil in microwave. Add sugar and eggs in the order shown being sure that the eggs do not cook in the warmed oil/chocolate. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour salt and baking powder. Pour chocolate mixture into flour and mix by hand 50 strokes.

    At this point we added about 1 Cup of chopped walnuts, 2 1/2 Cups of miniature marshmallows and about a 1/2 of a bag (12 oz) of miniature M&M's

    Pour into a greased and floured 9x13" pan and bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Cool at least 15 minutes before cutting. Store in a sealed container.
