    List of Ingredients




    Bacon and Cheese Waffles

    1 egg
    1 c milk
    1 c sour cream
    1T butter, melted
    2 c pancake or biscuit/baking mix
    6-8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    1 c shredded cheddar

    Recipe



    Beat egg, add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to instructions. Yield: 12 waffles~4" square
