Beet Pickled Eggs

List of Ingredients
12 eggs; hard boiled and shelled
Mix together,
1 can of red beets; remove the beets and save
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4-5 whole cloves
small piece of cinnamon stick...I use about 2in
Recipe
Put the eggs and mix in a container then cover with
the beets. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hrs before serving. Don't throw away the beet juice it can be used a 2nd and 3rd time..but you may want to add more beets as you eat them.
