    Pineapple Filling

    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 cup sugar
    3 Tbls. flour
    1 Tbls. butter

    Cook pineapple and sugar until sugar dissolves. Stir in flour and cook until thickens; stir in butter. Fills two 8 or 9 inch layers.
