List of Ingredients
1/2 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
2 oz. Butterscotch morsels -- (about 1/3 cup)
1 TBL. Skimmed milk
Recipe
Place the cottage cheese in the blender and process to smooth the curds. Put the butterscotch morsels and skimmed milk in a small, heavy pot over low heat. Stir until the candies have melted, then scrape into the blender. Process until the mixture is very smooth. Chill slightly before spreading on the cake.
