List of Ingredients
12 pieces of bread (put half of these in the bottom of a 9x13" pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.)
Filling:
3 cups cooked cubed chicken
3/4 c. mayonaise
1 large onion chopped
1/2 green pepper grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix the above ingredients over the bread in the pan. Put remaining half of bread over the filling.
Mix:
6 eggs
4 1/2 c. milk
Recipe
Pour over the bread and refidgerate overnight. Bake in the oven at 325* for 20 minutes. Pull out of the oven and put 1
can of mushroom soup over the top, and spread it to the edge of the pan. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and bake for an additional hour.
We usually eat this with sour cream on top of it...
