Kahlua Pork (Hawaiian Pork from Luaus)

    Source of Recipe

Twinkee the kid from Old Pal's Place

    List of Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. pork butt roast or shoulder
1 clove garlic crushed, or 1/2 tsp. garlic in a jar
3 T. Hawaiian salt or coarse rock salt
    3 T. liquid smoke

    Recipe

Cook in 6 qt. slow cooker crock pot for 12-14 hours on low, or 8-10 hours on high. Drain excess oil and shred meat.

You can also serve this with cooked cabbage and onions. Just mix the meat and vegetables and serve. This is what we serve at our luaus and everyone loves it and we have so many requests for the recipe. Serve with mac salad, and fried rice. We also serve this often at the international food fairs at the college that Gordy works at, since people ask for it so much. Enjoy.
