    List of Ingredients




    CRUST:
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup flour
    FILLING:
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup sugar
    2 tbsp flour
    3 4 tbsp. lemon juice





    Recipe



    Mix first three ingredients like pie dough. Pat into a 9 inch square pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix filling ingredients. Pour over baked crust. Bake another 20 minutes at 350 degrees . Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cut into squares when cooled.
