Make ahead potatoes

The recipe for the make ahead potatoes are for 10 lbs of potatoes.
peel and cook as usual.
Mash and add:
8 oz cream cheese softened
pint of sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix well and place in airtight container(s) and refrigerate up to 1 week.
To reheat, set out approx 20 minutes before reheating. Can put pats of butter down in the potatoes and on top while reheating.
***I make these potatoes for every Holiday and they practically get licked off the dish. Most don't even put gravy on it. Great for potlucks, too. Recipe
