    Recipe Introduction

    Here's a tasty recipe I "created" this afternoon for lunch. I call it "Tuna Noodles". Mind you, on this program, this recipe makes 3 servings. Adjust to your nutritional needs.

    List of Ingredients

    Ingredients

    1 6 oz can Tuna (in water), or 6 oz canned seafood of choice (with juice)
    1 pat butter
    3 servings favorite noodles (I used regular egg noodles)
    Powdered garlic (or fresh), to taste
    Freshly ground pepper, to taste
    Olive Oil (optional)
    (Other seasonings, vegetables, and cheese are optional)

    Recipe

    In a nonstick pan, melt butter. Add tuna and its water from can. Stir and heat until fairly dry and liquid has reduced. Cook noodles until al dente. Drain and serve.
    Combine tuna and pasta. Add seasonings and olive oil.

    Serve.
