    4 cups chopped Granny Smith Apples
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup oil
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 cupchopped nuts
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp soda
    2 cups flour



    Recipe



    Combine Apples,,Sugar,and Oil in large bowl let stand for half an hour.Add all other ingredients apple mixture and mix well.Pour into a 9+13 in cake pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and Cinnamon. Bake at 350 for I hour
