List of Ingredients
1 can Mandarin Oranges
1 can Pineapple tid bits
3oz Orange Jello
1 -12oz Cottage cheese
1 cup chopped pecans
1 - 8oz Cool Whip
Recipe
Drain fruit well. Stir dry jello through fruit. Add Cottage
cheese and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip.
Will keep several Days in refigerator
Note: I usually double the recipe. Sometimes I toast the pecans too.
You can also use the low fat cool whip too.
And at Xmas it is fun to use a Berry type of jello instead.
Makes it very Festive!
