Rice Bread Pudding

List of Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Bread
raisins
cinnamon
Recipe
Butter pan- cover bottom with bread pieces and sprinkle raisins over the bread.
Beat eggs until frothy
Add salt to sugar then beat the sugar and salt into the eggs
Stir in milk, rice and vanilla.
Pour over bread and raisins in the pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Put the pan on a rack in another pan with just a little hot water in the bottom of it.
Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes- then 325 degrees F. for about 35 minutes.
I use raisin bread in the bottom of the pan, which does add some sweetness of it's own and I cut the sugar in half and it is perfect.
