    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups cooking oil
    2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    3 cups sifted all purpose flour
    1 teasp vanilla
    1 teasp baking soda
    1 teasp nutmeg
    1 teasp cinnamon
    1 cup chopped peccans (optional)
    3 cups chopped fresh apples

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients, mix liquid ingred. - combine

    Add nuts and apples
    pour into well greased tube pan
    bake at 350 for 1 hr 15 min.

    GLAZE
    1 cup confectionar sugar
    2 tbsp mild
    1 teasp cinnamon
    combine ingred. beat until smooth. drizzle glaze over cake then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
