Recipe Introduction
This is one of my most favorite dishes. It can be eaten hot as a side dish or cold as a dessert. It makes a big hit when I take it to a pot luck. It's also a great holiday dish.
My friend Myra gave me her Grandmothers recipe for it ...a long time ago.
List of Ingredients
2 Cups Milk
1/2 Lb. Wide Noodles (Cooked till a bit less than Aldente)
8 Oz pkg. Cream Cheese (room temp)
1 Stick Marjorine (room Temp)
2 large eggs (beaten)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Big pinch of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Orange Juice

Recipe
Heat the milk and set aside to cool.
In a LARGE bowl , blend the cream cheese and marjorine well. Add the beaten eggs, cooled milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, juice and the cooled noodles. Stir all together and pour into a greased oblong Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle the top with ground cinnamon. Depending how you much youlike Cinnamon, I put quite a bit on.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or till a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
