    well it's Elaine's but i do a great job on it ! LOL!

    List of Ingredients




    Mozzarella Cheese
    2 can's of tomatoes,
    tomatoe puree
    garlic to suit yourself, in my case 4 cloves
    choped carrots, 1 or2
    green pepper
    yellow pepper
    courgette (or zucchini to you)
    onion
    olive oil
    lasagne slices

    ok !!!!! here we go now !!
    pour oil in pan/pot
    add onion's fry for 5 mins then add garlic. cook for 1 min then add carrots, peppers, courgette, and can's of tomatoes, cook for 15 mins add puree,

    Layer dish with Lasagna slice, pour sauce on top and then layer again ! Next sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese on top bake in oven till cheese starts to bubble and turn brown !
