    24-Hour Greek Pasta Salad

    List of Ingredients






    6 ounces rigatoni noodles (about 2 cups)
    1/2 cup plain yogart
    1/2 cup creamy garlic salad dressing
    (I use Simply Delicious brand herb and garlic dressing)
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
    1 small cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced (1 1/4 cups) (optional)
    1/2 cup slcied black olives or Greek olives
    1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 ounces)
    12 cherry tomatoes, quartered or 1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
    Onion and garlic croutons (optional)




    Recipe



    In a large saucepan cook pasta according to directions.
    Immediately drain in a large colander, Rinse with cold water; drain well. Transfer to a large bowl; set aside.
