    My Mom made "THE" best potato Salad...Now Ethel does.

    List of Ingredients




    3 or 4 Teaspoons melted butter
    2 Teaspoons sugar
    1 Teaspoon dry mustard
    4 or 5 Tablespoons vinegar

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients together. Pour over cooked and cubed potatoes and let stand until ready to serve. Then add Miracle Whip for the amount of potatoes you have used.
    You make your salad the same as usual (potatoes, onions, celery, hard boiled eggs, etc)
