3/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
5 cup Kellogg's® Special K™ cereal
1/2 cup raisins
vegetable cooking spray Recipe
1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine corn syrup and brown sugar.
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Remove from microwave.
3. Stir in peanut butter.
4. Add Kellogg's® Special K™ cereal and raisins. Stir until well coated.
5. With the back of a spoon, press mixture evenly and firmly into a 13x9x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
6. Let stand until cool. Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
