List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup green giant frozen mixed vegetables
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes drained
1 (12 oz) jar home style beef gravy
1/4 tsp dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
Recipe
In large nonstick skillet cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is thouroughly cooked stirring frequently ,drain
Add remaining stew ingredients: mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low: simmer 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.
To serve, fluff potatoes with fork. Serve stew over Garlic mashed potatoes
