    This recipe is reatly not a pudding..I don't know where the name came from.
    It goes wonderfully with a ham dinner.

    List of Ingredients




    1 #2 can Crushed Pineapple
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tablespoon corn starch





    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and place in an oven proof baking dish. Bake 1 hour to 1-1/4 hours @ 350 degrees to 375 degrees.
