List of Ingredients
10 cups ground zucchini
4 cups ground onions
2 bell peppers chopped fine
Recipe
Mix and let stand overnight covered with 5 tbsp salt and water.
Drain then rinse with cold water. Let drain and press as much water as you can out.
In a large pot put zucchini mix and add:
1 tbsp tumeric
1 tbsp celery seed
3 cups vinegar
4 c sugar
Bring to a light boil and cook 1/2 hour stirring often.
Pack in jars and seal. Hot water bath for 15 minutes
