One thing we all know....sometimes we can get lost hiking or camping. It is suggested that you carry water and a high protein food in case you get lost for a long period of time. This is simple and delicious and very portable...another zip-loc bag please.........enjoy!!
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup of the following:
shredded coconut
sunflower seeds
1/2 cup each of the following:
Granola
chopped walnuts
chopped pecans
peanuts
raisins
1 cup of the following:
Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
Mix together and add a touch of honey here or there to add flavor.
Make sure that everyone gets a baggie of this before straying from group.
Better to be safe than sorry...don't forget the water.
