    This is just a dump cake, but so rich and pumpkinny..is that a word?

    List of Ingredients




    1 16 oz. can of pumpkin
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 t. pumpkin pie spice
    1 t. salt
    1 box yellow cake mix
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2/3 c. chopped pecans (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix togther first six ingredients and pour into 9"x 13" pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture, but do not mix in. Melt butter and pour over dry cake mix. Sprinkle with pecan pieces and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
