    The light sour cream and light mayo really help to cut back on the calories in chicken salad. Keep the mixture on the dry side as you add the dressing. You'll get a richer chicken flavor and save even more calories.

    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup light mayo
    1/3 cup light sour cream
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 rib cerely, diced fine
    2 pounds cooked chicken, preferably white meat
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1/4 c. chopped toasted pecans

    Recipe



    Make sauce of mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and mustard.
    Add salt and pepper. Cut chicken into medium-sized chunks and combine with diced celery, grapes and pecans. Toss with mayo mixture. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
