Creamed Spinach with Pizzazz

List of Ingredients
2 regular sized packages of frozen spinach
1 Tbs. butter or reduced fat margarine
4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese (1/2 larger size pkg.)
1/2 envelope of dry vegetable soup mix
Water or lowfat milk
Recipe
Squeeze most of moisture from 2 packages of frozen spinach.
Place in saute pan with butter and vegetable soup mix. Saute over low to medium heat about 3-4 minutes until dried vegetable in soup mix begin to rehydrate.
Reduce heat and add creamed cheese. Continue cooking 3-4 more minutes until rehydrated vegetable are the correct consistency. Add milk or water until mixture is the consistency you desire.
