1 - 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
2 (8-oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. sausage

Recipe



Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Stir in cream chese until melted. Stir in tomatoes. Serve with tortilla scoops.

It is so easy - but I always double the recipe cause it gets gone so fast.
