Roasted Garlic on Toast

1 bulb of garlic
EVOO
List of Ingredients
Take the entire bulb of garlic and cut off the end. Drizzle on some EVOO and then wrap it up in tinfoil. Toss it in the oven and roast slowly for about 40 minutes at 350°. Squeeze the bulb so the garlic comes out in a nice gooey mess. Spread on toast.
